CNC Machinist
CNC Turner Overview
We are currently seeking multiple skilled CNC machinists to join a rapidly expanding team that have an eye on the future of manufacturing.
Besides the obvious skills required, you will understand that your skills will be appreciated and accepted as you continue to progress your career.
CNC Turner Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC lathes/mills to produce high-quality components.
Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Proficient in offsets and tooling changes.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and tolerances using manual tools.
Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines.CNC Requirements:
Proven experience in CNC manufacturing.
Proficiency in using various CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Mazak)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Good understanding of machining processes and materials.
Proficient in using manual measurement tools including calipers, verniers and micrometers.CNC Desired Skills:
Previous Aerospace or Military experience
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
