Head of Financial Services

The Head of Financial Services is responsible for the delivery of a high quality and proactive finance service within RBH. Driving improvements, value for money, employee engagement and business performance underpinned by robust controls and compliance with legislative, regulatory and group requirements. You will lead an effective business partnering service across the organisation whilst ensuring that there are strong financial controls in place to enable an effective operation and accountable, transparent decisions. Alongside developing a strong and multi-skilled team that delivers the highest standards of service and meeting the changing expectations and needs of all our stakeholders.
