Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on high-value commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases
• Conducting due diligence and drafting legal documents for complex real estate deals
• Liaising with clients, providing tailored and strategic advice to meet their commercial goals
• Managing and negotiating agreements to ensure successful and timely outcomes for clients

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ Years PQE in commercial property law, ideally with experience handling high-value matters
• Strong knowledge of UK property law and experience in dealing with complex transactions
• Exceptional communication and client management skills, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Ability to work well in a team while managing individual responsibilities autonomously
