Senior Planner - Delay Analyst

SENIOR PLANNER - DELAY ANALYST

LONDON - HYBRID

Dependant upon experience £60,000 - £100,000 + Package + Bonus

Bluewave Recruitment are seeking an experienced planner with P6 expertise and a background on UK Projects within the Build, Commercial, Industrial or Residential sector. Ideally experience with Tier 1 Contractors & Specialist Sub Contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Working alongside experience claims consultants on behalf of a number of tier 1 contractors.
• Analyse project schedules using P6 to identify delays.
• Investigate reasons for delays and their impact on projects.
• Prepare clear and concise delay reports with P6 data.
• Collaborate with Surveyors and legal teams on claims.
• Provide expertise during disputes, if needed.
• Assist with negotiations and risk management.
• Stay updated on UK construction regulations.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of planning & delay claims within the UK Build market.
• Experience in P6 and delay analysis.
• Strong attention to detail for claims management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with UK construction laws is a plus.
