In-House Lawyer

We are working with a leading international law firm based in Belfast for a Lawyer (FTC) to join their in-house legal team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will be an experienced lawyer who will have the opportunity to work with our client’s in-house team on a global stage, working with a number of international offices. The role will involve working on several strategic projects, advising on a diverse range of subjects while acting as an adviser to colleagues and stakeholders.

Several functions of this role include drafting and advising on complex documents, advising on strategic projects, helping our client navigate regulatory changes, organising senior meetings and more.

Essential Criteria:

• 3-8 years’ PQE;
• Commercial experience with knowledge of compliance processes;
• Working on legal issues with an international scope;
• Strategic mindset;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as a team;
• Strong commercial awareness.
