Cyber Security Consulant

MCS Group is seeking a Cyber Security Consultant to join an organisation at the forefront of Northern Ireland's cyber Security ecosystem. In this role, you will provide expert advice and guidance to a wide variety of organisations, ensuring their cyber security posture is fit to repel a cyber attack in an evolving threat landscape. Why this role could be for you Salary, dependant upon experience, £40k-£50k Flexible, hybrid working Annual Bonus Join an exciting, growing, and hugely impactful team of cyber security professionals The role You will advise, and ultimately improve a wide variety of clients' cyber security posture, across both public & private sector areas of industry Execute cyber security assessments using frameworks like NIST, ISO27001& CAF and enable your clients to gain these accreditation's Engage, manage, and nurture client relationships, from the initial scoping to the completion of your work leaving them in a secure, and protected place when it comes to their Cyber Security posture Needed to succeed A proven background in technology, and the ability to evidence your knowledge across security frameworks Knowledge, or hands-on experience of using OSINT tools The ability to run multiple client engagements at any one time, and to establish long-lasting, and ultimately effective relationships with your clients 2 years of experience within a role where you have hands-on cyber security responsibilities Any proven experience of ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, Cyber informed engineering, Cyber assessments framework, NIST, CHECK, or NCSC would be a huge advantage to have To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up to date CV via the link provided or contact Andrew McKnight, Specialist Recruitment Consultant at MCS Group .
