As the Internet Business Scrum Master within this global organisation, you will champion Scrum practices, foster collaboration, and guide cross-functional teams in delivering top quality software, whilst promoting Scrum values, and facilitating team interactions with close collaboration alongside the Product Owner.

Internet Business Scrum Master Responsibilities
Mentor and coach teams on Scrum and SAFe principles.
Support the development of self-organising, high-performing teams.
Facilitate collaboration across teams and manage dependencies effectively.
Drive efficiency improvements by removing obstacles.
Track performance metrics and maintain clear, transparent communication.
Internet Business Scrum Master Skills & Experience Required
Strong communicator with the ability to interact with all levels.
Familiarity with Agile expertise (Scrum, SAFe, Lean).
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Project Manager in software development.
Certification in Scrum Master or Product Owner preferred.
Familiar with Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
