Our customer platform team are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer. We're a family of brands revolutionising a cleaner, greener future. Location: We have a hybrid-work environment, where you will be predominantly home-based but required to travel to Windsor office occasionally

On a day-to-day basis you will:

Participate in refining and scoping upcoming sprint work.

Assist solution architects with technical design and breaking down complex tasks.

Accountable for timely delivery of assigned tickets.

Conduct spikes/investigations into innovative technologies for future project viability.

Ensure teammates' work meets code quality standards through reviews.

Coordinate with other teams for integrations, ensuring alignment of tasks and APIs.

Work with the QA team to investigate and resolve issues.

Mentor junior team members, providing assistance with tasks and problem-solving.

Your Experience

At least 5 years Salesforce, both declarative and programmatic

Sales and Service Cloud

Experience Cloud

Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) an advantage: Omniscripts; EPC; Integration Procedures

Use of Git or similar version control system

Background in working within an agile/SCRUM environment.

Experience delivering robust and scalable systems.

Good verbal and written communication skills and a team player

Attention to detail and the ability to work unsupervised
