Technical Sales Manager - Embedded Computing – Fully Remote UK Based – Perm – up to £55K plus car and bonus
Are you ready to drive growth in cutting-edge technology? We're on the lookout for a motivated Technical Sales Manager to take charge of key accounts in high-impact sectors like Transportation, Aerospace, and Defence.
About the Role:
In this field-based role, you’ll work directly with customers and partners, building relationships from R&D to C-level executives. You’ll leverage your knowledge of embedded computing to identify opportunities, develop custom solutions, and close deals that make a difference.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Education: Degree in engineering (e.g., electronics, computer science, aerospace) with strong technical knowledge.
* Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in embedded computing solutions, especially within sectors like transportation, aerospace, and defence.
* Sales Expertise: Track record of success selling complex technical products, such as rugged computing systems, embedded platforms, and specialised enclosures.
* Relationship Management: Skilled at building and nurturing relationships across all levels, from engineers to C-suite executives.
* Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of sales strategies, with experience in negotiating contracts and developing proposals.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with confidence in presenting to and collaborating with clients.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiar with CRM tools (like NetSuite) and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
