Job Role: Bandsaw Operative
Location: Middlesbrough
Shift: Permanent Night Shift
Salary: £12ph DOE
Metalis is working in partnership with a large specialist engineering company in Middlesbrough who due to continuous growth are looking to hire a skilled Bandsaw Operative on a 12-week temporary to permanent contract.
Job Duties:
Operation of automatic band saws.
Maintenance of saws.
General housekeeping in the saw shop and machine shop.
Contribute to the safety programme as required maintaining a culture of safety first.Job Requirements:
Previous bandsaw operation.
Open to new training opportunities.
Produce work to a high quality.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good accuracy and attention to detailSalary & Shift:
Permanent night shift.
£12ph DOE.
