Sales & Events Executive (Hospitality Sector)
Location: Slough, Berkshire
Salary: Up to £25,000

This is a great opportunity to join the Sales & Events team at one of Berkshire's most stunning event hire destinations, set close to Slough, just off the M4 and only 10 minutes from Heathrow. This historic hotel and venue hosts a variety of events, including meetings, conferences, proms, private parties, and speciality events.
We are seeking a Sales & Events Executive to join our clients successful team on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week. (Part-time roles considered for exceptional candidates).
In this role, you'll be managing everything from sales prospecting and client relationship management to event planning and coordination. You'll work closely with event planners, vendors, and clients to ensure every event is a success, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales prospecting and driving revenue
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Planning and coordinating various events
* Negotiating contracts with clients
* Delivering exceptional customer service
Who We're Looking For:
* Proven experience of sales in the hospitality sector and/or event management experience is essential
* Knowledge of Opera software is essential
* Proficiency in MS Outlook and Word
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
