Job Description
Our client, a leading player in the insurance sector, is looking for a skilled Insurance Reporting Specialist to join their dynamic and collaborative team. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth quarterly closes, annual reporting, and taking part in project work during off-peak times.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform BAU tasks during quarterly close and annual reporting cycles.
Collaborate on ad-hoc projects during quieter reporting periods.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, specifically in the context of SII (Solvency II) reporting.
Engage in daily interactions with the team, managers, and key stakeholders across multiple locations via MS Teams, email, and calls.
Support ongoing systems and regulatory changes, including managing increased regulatory scrutiny.Essential Skills:
Expertise in SII reporting and financial accounting within insurance.
Strong project management experience with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Effective stakeholder management and a highly organized, self-sufficient approach.Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SII reporting, be comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulatory-driven environment, and possess strong project and stakeholder management skills.
