Senior Product Designer - Adobe Creative Suite

Job Description : Sr. Product Designer The product has been tested in early stages to significantly impact global cancer outcomes and is expected to increase health and longevity outcomes for 10 million lives every year. Backed by top global venture capitalists and a proven founding team, the Designer will do transformative, purpose-driven work with a dynamic team over the next several years. As the Lead Designer you will create the first product (live platform and App) as a detail-obsessed craftsman and subsequently expand the reach of the wider platform. The product should be as much about hard health outcomes as about personal upliftment and community. Passion for Gamification Science : We'll use various elements of gamification to form core habit-forming loops for users, enabling them to have transformative health outcomes. Product vs Operations Mindset : Our platform has features of both health-services and pure-play product, the ideal design mindset would be to constantly productize services. Responsibilities : - Gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we'd like to meet you. - Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback - Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups - Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces - Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components - Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables) - Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness) - Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams - Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience - Investigate and demonstrate understanding of the industry's most recent trends and innovations. - Create storyboards to conceptualize designs and accurately communicate project plans. Requirements : - Product Designer with 3 years of experience, ideally in Consumer Apps - Working knowledge of the following technologies and software : Figma, Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite. - A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms. - Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices for designing intuitive user interfaces. - Knowledge of front-end development technologies for mobile is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. - Should be able to hand-off design documentation to dev teams with great attention-to-detail. - Backed by a highly reputed founding team and top global investors, this is a great opportunity to do highly meaningful work, leading to large scale multi-generational impact.
