Atlantis RH is seeking for un client, International Design and Build group specializing in complex buildings , a Construction Manager (H/F) in Milan. Vos missions Working on design and build projects , your role is to guide the construction step to success . Your main missions are: Being the principal client and subcontractors interlocutor for the works Coordinating the construction work with our on-site engineers and our subcontractors Managing all internal project stakeholders Operations prior to acceptance and commissioning Driving financial and timing aspects of the construction side Vos compétences As a Mechanical, Electrical or Civil engineer you have a minimum of 10 years experience on industrial building construction projects with h igh added technical value and tight deadlines . With a strong technical mind-set, you enjoy multicultural teamwork. Speaking fluently Italian and English , a good level in French would be a plus J-18808-Ljbffr
