Corporate Actions Manager

Responsibilities

• Managing Corporate Actions operations with understanding of core systems and workflows.

• Ensuring operational efficiency, excellence, and minimizing risk.

• Manage and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders locally and abroad.

• Lead Operations projects, including migrating Corporate Actions processes

• Improve client service standards and client ratings.

• Understand key risk areas of Corporate Actions functions and their relevant controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Banking/Finance.

• Min 5 years of experience in Corporate Actions processes with people management

• Familiar with financial products, market infrastructures, regulations, and operational risks. Knowledge of SWIFT message types.

• Proficient in Office suite; Excel VBA macro knowledge is a plus.
