Senior Marketing Manager
Location: Wirral
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
Hours: Full-time (Half-day Fridays with early finishes at 1:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Design, launch, and optimise dynamic multi-channel campaigns across social media, influencer marketing, PR, events, and retail, driving brand engagement and visibility.
Take charge of the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation and efficiency.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a talented marketing team, cultivating a culture of collaboration and creativity.
Partner with E-commerce, Sales, New Product Development, and Operations teams to deliver integrated marketing support that drives results.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with industry stakeholders and agencies to enhance our market reach.
Evaluate and analyse the success of marketing campaigns, leveraging insights to continuously improve our strategies.
Requirements:
Experience leading a high-performing marketing team with a track record of success.
Expertise in brand strategy, campaign planning, and proficiency in both online and offline marketing channels.
Strong communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining a highly organised approach to projects.
