Static Building Services Engineer

Position: Static Mechanical bias Building Services Engineer

Location: Chelsea

Duration: Permanent

Salary: £45,000 to £46,000 Monday to Friday position, no on call, 8-5 on site and 25 days holiday

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Building Services Engineer for a full time permanent position on a very prestigious static site based in Chelsea.

This engineer will be working alongside two other engineers that are also dealing with the mechanical and electrical maintenance.

This site has high quality systems in place running all rooms via BMS systems from a large energy centre on site. T

The right person for this position will already have a strong building services background with a good knowledge of HVAC plant and experience using BMS systems.

Requirements

Strong working background in building services maintenance
Experience with hvac
Good BMS knowledge
Based in a commutable distance to Chelsea
Holding a minimum of a level 2 building services qualification (prefer mechanical)
Must be very client focused

Package

Excellent basic salary
Site hours 8am until 5pm
No on call
Pension
Annual salary review
