Job Description
A fantastic opportunity to work for a top Facilities Maintenance company who are recruiting for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to cover 3 commercial sites in the Berkshire/Surrey area has become available. This is a permanent position paying a salary of up to £40,000 per annum. Job Role:
You will be required to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm, with 1 in 4 call out
The contract is looking after 3 of the Commercial buildings in the Berkshire/Surrey area, completing all aspect of mechanical works (plumbing bias) along with other general building fabric works.

Have full knowledge of work areas and follow schedules as required.
Daily, weekly and periodic tasks are carried out as requested.
Demonstrate full working knowledge of all relevant equipment and materials.
Co-operate with requests from client and managers, giving assistance where necessary.
Manage own time effectively by prioritising tasks and understanding the of urgency of certain requests.
Be aware of material costs.
Highlight any facilities-related issues to line management and/or service desk, ensuring the customer’s work environment and experience is always at the forefront of our daily activity.
Ensure that service levels are being met or exceeded.
Responsibility for electrical PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the help desk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are exceeded.
Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, mechanical and related tasks.
To provide call out response for the client as detailed on the call out rota (1 in 4).
To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
The ideal candidate:
Driving License
Ideally C&G Mechanical Engineering or C&G/NVQ Plumbing
Willing to turn hands to other related fabric tasks as well as the mechanical works
