Responsibilities
Conduct Planned Maintenance inspections and complete condition reports as per the site maintenance plan.
Optimize and adjust equipment during production runs.
Set up new lines according to job specifications to ensure high-quality output.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
Troubleshoot issues across various types of machinery.
Plan and execute corrective and reactive maintenance work, minimizing production downtime.
Qualifications
Qualification in Electrical Engineering.
Relevant experience in a process, production, or manufacturing setting.
Strong fitting skills.
Ability to work effectively within an engineering team.
Proficient in fault finding.
Strong logical problem-solving abilities.
Experience with 3-phase motors, drives, and inverters.
Desirable Skills (not essential)
Familiarity with 3D design software.
Knowledge of 3D printing.
Experience with PLC programming.
Capability to identify improvement opportunities.
Willingness to engage in hands-on engineering projects.
Working Hours
The role involves working Monday to Friday from either 05:45 to 14:15 or 13:45 to 22:15 (40 hours per week, with early and late shifts rotating weekly).
Benefits
23 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
Competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum
