National Digital Marketing Executive
Liverpool
Salary negotiable, depending on experience
Hours of Work: 8.30am to 5.00pm (1 hour lunch) or 9.00am to 5.00pm (1/2-hour lunch), some flexibility here and hybrid working offered after settling in period (Monday and Friday would be work from home days)
We are a leading provider of accountancy and business advisory services across the UK.
We are looking for a proactive marketer who wants to build on their skills across the digital marketing space in a fun and supportive team.
Qualifications and Skills
At least three years’ experience as a digital marketing exec.
Strong ability to craft and adapt copy to different audiences while maintaining brand voice.
Experience managing relationships with high-level stakeholders.
Proficiency in social media scheduling, monitoring, and listening tools.
Strong skills in Canva, InDesign, and video editing software.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
A natural at generating fresh ideas that align with brand goals.
Have a driving licence and access to a car.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Campaign Development
Infuse your creative flair into our digital marketing campaigns that make them stand out, making our content not only engaging but also reflective of MHA’s values and forward-thinking approach.
Contribute to campaign planning sessions and being mindful of the latest digital trends.
Work closely with the digital and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that amplify our presence and messaging on socials.
Social Media Management
Develop, post, and schedule dynamic content across all social platforms, keeping our social calendar active.
Manage daily social media activities, fostering engagement, responding to queries, and driving meaningful conversations.
Write and refine copy for our social channels, ensuring it’s on-brand and speaks with MHA’s tone of voice.
Campaign Execution & Support
Assist the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in running paid and organic campaigns, ensuring they meet key objectives.
Create and manage key campaign assets, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and in line with brand standards.
Translate data into actionable insights, driving continuous improvement in our digital output.
Provide regular updates and reports to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Design & Multimedia Skills
Design and produce social media assets using tools like Canva, InDesign, and video editing software.
Maintain the visual integrity of the brand across all digital content, ensuring it’s always on-message and on-trend.
Content and Website Management
Assisting with the day-to-day tasks of the digital team and implementing new development features whenever necessary.
Comfortable with content management systems (CMS) and uploading content onto websites.
