Spanish speaking Legal Administrator
Location: London
Salary: circa £26,000 per annum plus benefits

The company: A small company within the legal and financial advice sector.
Main duties: To support with preparation of legal documents and manage client relationships.
The Role:
- To support with preparation and drafting of legal documents
- To update and maintain accurate client information in the system
- To liaise with new and existing clients and maintain great working relationships
- To assist with contract negotiation
- To support with research for commercial agreements
- To assist with obtaining signatures for contracts from various parties in a timely manner
- To directly support the managing director
The Candidate:
- Fluent in Spanish to business standard (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience in a business administration role – Essential
- Background within the legal sector would be an advantage
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- IT literate with experience with EXCEL
