Technical Analyst Contract | 6 months | Outside IR35 | Hybrid/ remote | £250-£350 per day
I am looking for a highly skilled and adaptable Technical Analyst to support the development testing and rollout of a new EPOS system and its integration across the business including Digital Financial and Menu system integrations. In addition will work with the POS product owner to enhance and maintain the existing POS system prior to the rollout of the new system.
Experience with in-store retail technology is critical to this role. In particular knowledge of the following:
•EPOS hardware and software.
•Peripherals: Cash drawers scanners PEDs
•Cashless payments integration.
•Interfaces with business facing systems such as Workforce Management Stock & Inventory management demand forecasting etc.
•Kitchen screen integration
•Networking (LAN / WAN, DNS, DHCP, TCI / IP)
•PCI compliance
•Back-office systems and functions
•Operating Systems installation and management (including scripting): Windows Android Linux.
The successful candidate will need to be highly adaptable and will be expected to participate in both project and BAU activities as required.
The role is hybrid – expecting you to attend the office on Woking a couple of times a month.
