Job Description

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Quantity Surveyor - Utilites Type Projects

The Watford role would be focused on energy transition projects within the power generation industry. NEC3/NEC4 & FIDIC contracts. This is on a permanent basis.

Permanent Opportunity: Watford - Senior QS & Contacts/Commercial Manager (Renewable Energy)

LOCATION: Watford

START: October, November or December

SALARY: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum

- Quantity Surveyor - 3+ Years Experience

- Construction or Engineering projects background

- Understanding of UK type contract formats (NEC3, NEC4, JCT, ICE, FIDIC etc..)

- Project deliverables from £150,000 - £(phone number removed) - Cost of packages manages

- Construction Projects Experience

- Ideally working for a main contractor or a sub-contractor

The client are looking for a Quantity Surveyor and a Senior QS, the requirements for both roles are the same and your experience will determine the suggested role you take.

The ideal candidate will have working history with engineering or construction projects, they require experience with either NEC3/NEC4 or FIDIC Contracts - JCT is consider for the permanent roles.
