Job Description

Project Manager Leap29 are looking for a versatile Project Manager to join our clients growing team in Italy, overseeing the full lifecycle of solar C&I projects. My client is a prominent player in the energy transition, dedicated to driving sustainable solutions across Europe and globally. They specialise in innovative renewable energy projects, with a strong focus on C&I and energy efficiency initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and technical development of solar PV projects. Conduct site inspections and coordinate with EPC contractors. Manage project timelines, ensuring compliance with Italian authorisation procedures (e.g., DSO, GSE, municipalities). Supervise contractors and monitor project progress to ensure quality delivery. Monitor operational assets, focusing on performance, financial returns, and stakeholder relationships. Oversee and coordinate O&M activities with contractors. Qualifications: 3-8 years of experience in project management, within the solar or renewable energy sector. Knowledge of Italian regulatory processes and familiarity with key bodies (DSO, GSE, etc.). Technical knowledge of solar PV systems, with the ability to oversee design and engineering aspects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Fluent in Italian and English. Ability to work independently and handle diverse tasks in a fast-growing team.
