We are seeking a highly motivated Trading EQD Consultant with good knowledge and experience on the Front Office side to join our dynamic Equity Derivatives Product Evolution Services Team. You will be in charge of supporting a major client upgrade project, including issue analysis and binary corrections, mostly on autocalls and EQD exotic products with Murex Analytics (MACS) with the following key responsibilities:
- Analyze raised issues, suggest adequate solutions, or follow the related binary corrections, on the equity module scope (including pricing, Murex Analytics, lifecycle, Livebook, performances with the help of dedicated teams).
- Work closely with senior PES consultants who have been working for years on this account and know in detail the functionalities and products used by the client.
- Be hands-on to analyze issues found by the client team, particularly in pricing and greeks reconciliation.
- Assist in building reduced test cases for the binary corrections and work closely with several development teams to help them debug and correct, and then to test and deliver fixes to the client.
- Become the single point of contact for EQD with the client services team.
- Be in charge of maintaining the prioritized backlog of issues to analyze and correct through bi-weekly coordination calls with the client services team, and follow up on the progress.
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of Murex Front Office experience.
- Solid knowledge of Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives, Pricing, and Greeks reconciliation.
- Familiarity with SQL scripting (Perl, Awk).
- Familiarity with financial instruments representation and their lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with dynamic table and simulation view.
- Experience gathering and analyzing requirements from users.
- Excellent communication skills, able to handle multiple projects, priorities, and manage business expectations.
- Must be customer-driven, possess the ability to work within a team environment, and focus on providing a high quality of service to the customer.
- Strong and demonstrable problem-solving/analytical skills.
