Your Next Challenge:
As the Head of Product – Merchants Value Added Services, your mission will be to:
- Define the Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy to bring additional value added services to the Pluxee Merchants Network in Pluxee’s key countries.
- Drive Innovation: Work with the global offers team and country teams to define and prioritize new opportunities that can enhance core revenue retention and generate new revenue streams.
- Run the discovery process with countries and iterations to develop the product enablers.
- Lead Global Execution: Build and manage the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams and country stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Measure Success: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the success of the merchant value added services, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously improve.
Day to Day, You Will:
- Lead a small team of global product managers and transversally lead the product roadmap iterations and alignment with global offers team, merchants Core product team, and countries merchant directors and product teams.
- Understand Merchant Needs: Conduct thorough analysis to identify business and user needs within the merchant space, translating these insights into actionable product requirements.
- Collaborate: Work closely with global squads, UX, digital marketing, data, IT, and architecture teams, to define and build multi-country features.
- Prioritize Effectively: Use a Scaled Agile approach to slice and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring the delivery of maximum value.
- Communicate Clearly: Regularly communicate the product roadmap to inspire alignment and adoption across different regions.
- Continuously Improve: Analyze platform performance in collaboration with Product Data Analysts, making informed decisions to enhance the customer experience.
About You:
- Proven Experience: You have at least 10 years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of managing digital products at scale and leading teams.
- Global Perspective: You’ve worked in an international context, balancing local needs with global strategies.
- Strategic Mindset: You’re skilled in defining and executing product visions and go-to-market strategies.
- Merchant Expertise: You have significant experience on the supply/merchants side of a digital platform.
- Collaborative: You excel at stakeholder management and have a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Result-Driven: You are focused on achieving results, setting clear priorities, and driving initiatives to successful outcomes.
We’ll Be Even More Excited If:
- Industry Knowledge: You bring deep expertise in merchant value added services topics.
- You’re familiar with digital marketing tools like Hubspot and CRM environments such as Salesforce.
Technical Competencies:
- (SAFe) PM/PO certification.
- Working practice of Confluence, JIRA, Miro and the Office 365 suite.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
