Job Description
Salter Grange is currently seeking a CSA Project Manager to provide support to an innovative international Engineering company specialising in Mission-Critical projects across Europe and beyond and join them on a new project in the Netherlands.
They are specifically looking for an experienced CSA Project Manager with a proven track record in the Data Centre industry or large-scale industrial projects. In this role, you will oversee the installation/management of CSA packages on site, ensure site safety, drive a culture of quality, health, safety, and environmental practices, manage project schedules and costs, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee day-to-day site operations.

CSA Project Manager Responsibilities:
Management of all day-to-day site operations associated with the package.
Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels. Ensure that there is a weekly minuted meeting with sub-contractors.
Ensure all Sub-contractor documentation including safety documentation is maintained up to date and filed for future reference all in accordance with company policies & procedures.
Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings
Close out of all project items including Final Account, O & M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File, Material and Plant re-locations, Project Plan – all with the Support of your Project team
Issue Daily Report to the Project Manager
Assisting in the continuous improvement of the Quality Assurance (QA) System and conducting project reviews
Providing technical support to the estimating, procurement, commercial, marketing, and project bid teams
Collaborating closely with project teams to determine project requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions
Establishing and agreeing upon design processes and deliverables
Leading pre-construction engineering activities, including the production of essential information such as design development, construction details, services coordination, technical submittals, and sub-contracts
Offering off-site technical support to construction teams on projects, which may require occasional site visits.
CSA Project Manager requirements:
A minimum of 3-7 years of relevant experience
Proactive nature with a strong ability to work independently
Proficiency in creating method statements and risk assessments
Experience in managing and interacting with clients, vendors, and contractors
A proven track record in coordinating and managing large-scale projects.
