A highly regarded, award-winning specialist engineering contractor focusing on delivering Mission Critical Projects across various sectors, is currently seeking an ambitious and driven Senior Construction Manager for a high-profile Data Centre project in Central Europe.
Ideally, candidates will have boast experience working as a Senior Construction Manager on large-scale industrial projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to bolster your resume by working on one of the company’s flagship projects.
Operating across the U.K. and Europe in the mission-critical sector, with a turnover of over £1.7 billion, they are a highly regarded, sought-after Data Centre builder with a secured pipeline of work until 2028.
Ideally, the successful Senior Construction Manager will have general contracting/main contracting experience with a proven track record in data centre, industrial, or mission-critical projects from cradle to grave.

Senior Construction Manager Responsibilities:
Management of all day-to-day site operations
Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and staffing levels. Ensure that there is a weekly minutes meetings with subcontractors.
Ensure direct labour hours and sub-contractor hours are reported to time administrator for tracking centrally.
Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings
Ensure your team contributes to the internal weekly progress report rolled up from project supervisors report.
Review the weekly progress report before it is issued to all stakeholders. Highlight areas not available, delays, design issues and third-party delays.
Record weekly safety stats & project labour projections.
Develop and implement company procedures with the package managers
Senior Construction Manager Requirements:
A trade background and 5 - 7 years previous experience managing large projects and sub-contractors.
Experienced in design and build
Excellent technical knowledge and ability to work well within strict deadlines
