Job Description
A Mechanical Maintenance Engineer is needed to support reactive maintenance in a manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will showcase an ability to work as part of a maintenance team as well as individually.

The client is a large Manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Wakefield.
Description
As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer you will be expected to:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults in a timely manner.
Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times.
Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records.
Profile
The successful Mechanical Maintenance Engineer should have:
Proven experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing sector.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and team-working abilities.
Proficiency in using various tools and equipment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Job Offer
Inside IR35 hourly rate c£23 (equivalent £40k)
Minimum 3 month contract with the possibility of a permanent position
Rotating Shift based role - Morning/Afternoons/Nights
