Senior Legal Counsel (Commercial)

S&H have been instructed by a leading Real Estate business in their search for a senior commercial lawyer to join the UK team on a full time permanent basis.

The role

Working closely with the UK Head of Legal, the successful candidate will be advising on a range of commercial focussed legal matters including client contracts, framework agreements, procurement and IT related agreements.

About you

• Significant experience advising on complex commercial contracts (ideally with a real estate angle)
• Strong academics
• Law firm trained
• PQE bracket is 6 years and above. This is a guide only.
