Full stack Front Office Java Engineer - Boutique Multi Strat Fund - Up to £250,000 total compensation

With my client managing approximately $11 billion in assets, they are one of the heaviest hitters with regards to boutique asset managers globally. They are looking to add a Mid-Senior level (3-10 years) full stack Java engineer to their fastest growing and most successful front office function.

The firm are incredibly progressive technologically for a fund, whilst also offering an entirely flat structure, giving you the chance to gain a vast amount of business exposure as well as being able to constantly interact with quants and traders in order to produce technically sound solutions.

Specifically, you will be going in to build a brand new trade execution platform as well as contributing to other world class front office platforms including portfolio management and alpha generation. This can be an incredibly lucrative venture, with base salaries as strong as £150,000 with large discretionary/guaranteed bonus' on top of this.

What is required from you is:

• Minimum 3 years of Front Office Java Experience
• Front End Exposure - React.js experience preferred
• BSc in a STEM subject
