Junior Core Java Engineer - FX & Asset Management - London (Hybrid) - £60K

We are working on behalf of one of Asia's leading asset-management firms, renowned for providing trusted market and securities derivatives infrastructure. They are currently seeking a Junior Software Engineer to join their dynamic core trading team as they continue to expand and innovate their world-class FX trading platform.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Software Engineer to break into the world of asset management and finance, working within a globally recognized business at the forefront of FX trading. You'll be playing a key role in building and maintaining their core trading platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop all elements of the trading platform, including APIs
• Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation for various projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve live production issues as they arise
• Contribute to maintaining continuous business operations and platform efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top Russell Group university
• A passion or interest in working within finance or trading
• Experience or exposure to Java, C#, C++, or similar programming languages
