As the Head of HR, you will report directly to the board and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR. You will develop and implement strategic HR initiatives, drive cultural change, and ensure people practices align with business goals.
What will the Head of HR role involve?
Develop and lead a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company's global vision and objectives.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organisation.
Implement employee engagement programs and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
Oversee talent acquisition and management, ensuring the recruitment and retention of top talent.
Manage performance management systems and leadership development programs.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations across a global footprint.
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Suitable Candidate for the Head of HR vacancy:

Strong knowledge of international employment laws and HR practices.
