Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Head of CCTV and Responsive Security with a valid SIA badge to work for our client in Camden and surrounding areas.
The Head CCTV & Security will lead the delivery of a wide range of initiatives designed to ensure full scale compliance with the relevant legislative framework and Regional Guidance.
The post holder will play a central leadership role in the continuous development, evaluation and improvement of a wide range of Council policies and initiatives
The post-holder will also lead the Responsive Security Patrol which is critical to the wider work of the Public Safety Division and work closely with the council’s emergency management team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Lead the service area and communicate effectively with senior leaders to influence future policy and strategic direction
* Show pride and passion for public service and be able to create and engage others in delivering a shared vision.
* Form effective partnerships both internally and externally, sharing information, resources and support.
* Utilise excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to use evidence and knowledge to support accurate, expert decisions and advice, and understand how this role fits in with and supports organisational objectives.

The post holder will report to the Director of Public Safety and will provide professional expert, technical and management support to a team of senior managers within Public Safety services.
* Work flexibly at different hours as required
Working Hours: 36, Monday - Friday
Requirements:
* Previous experience as head of CCTV security officer
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Must possess a valid up to date SIA badge
