Join Thales in the UK as a Digital Delivery & Quality Delivery Lead
Thales in the UK is at the forefront of digital innovation, and we are seeking passionate person to look after the digital delivery of our cutting-edge apprenticeship programmes. This position will play a key role in shaping the future of digital skills and enhancing our early careers team development within our Talent, Learning and Culture team. There are two side to this position Digital and Quality.
Digital
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with the business to ensure the digital apprenticeship programme remains current and relevant.
Be the central contact for the digital apprenticeship programme, guiding Early Careers Managers in mapping apprenticeships to essential skills (KSBs).
Be the End Point Assessment (EPA) process with your digital and technical expertise.
Support digital apprentices in transitioning to higher learning or appropriate roles within the business, ensuring development action plans are in place.
Stay ahead of Government Skills for Growth strategies and support the Digital Skills Transformation at Thales UK.
Key Skills and Experience
Strong knowledge of digital apprenticeship programmes in disciplines like Data, DevOps, Software, IS, Cyber, and Networks.
Experience with process administration, data decision-making, and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and project management skills, and ability to collaborate across teams.
Knowledge and practical application of digital tools such as Power BI, & managing large data sets, analysis, and reporting to senior stakeholders
Quality
As the Quality Delivery expert, you will:
Provide analysis and reporting on apprenticeship progress, career promotion, and EC alumni.
Manage talent pools on Workday, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Key Skills and Experience:
Strong understanding of apprenticeship programs and experience in quality delivery and governance..
Experience in building stakeholder relationships and improving program processes.
