Credit Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage and recover payments from a broad range of customers.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer account records.
• Resolve payment and invoice-related queries efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and resolve issues.
• Prepare regular reports on debtor status and payment performance.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and company procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in credit control.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes of accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and meets deadlines.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
