London and Surrounding Areas (M25)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Role Summary:
As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert service and maintenance to a variety of air conditioning systems. You'll work both independently and alongside a team of experienced engineers, servicing state-of-the-art systems for a wide range of clients. This role offers exposure to high-profile projects, providing a unique opportunity to develop your expertise in a thriving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a range of air conditioning and air handling units
Diagnose and resolve issues quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime
Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including risk assessments and reports
Use client portals and CAFM systems to log work and update job statuses
Liaise directly with clients to communicate work progress and any additional service requirements
Provide recommendations for further work and improvements where necessary
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
F Gas Cat 1 certification (Essential)
City & Guilds Level 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (Preferred)
A proactive and problem-solving attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
