If India has to go truly digital, addressing the needs of MSME retailers is crucial and Paywize understands it About The Job : We are looking for an experienced Software Developer (Laravel) to join our team. They should be able to design, build, and maintain web applications using Laravel for the back end and relevant front-end technologies. The candidate should be proficient in Agile methodologies and have a good understanding of code versioning tools such as Git. Requirements : - Minimum 2-3 years of commercial experience in software development. (Laravel) - Design, build, and maintain strong web applications using Laravel for the back end and relevant front-end technologies. - Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel framework - Good understanding of Mern Stack Development - Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency. - Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum or Kanban). - Experience with build tools, code coverage, and testing frameworks like Webpack and Jest. - Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB. - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git. - Experience with Redis and ElasticSearch is a plus. Responsibilities : - Participate in the development process, including code writing and code peer-to-peer reviews. - Cooperate with the QA team to ensure code quality and reliability. - Identify opportunities to improve code efficiency and contribute to software architecture planning. - Maintain code and documentation integrity and organization. - Assist the project owner in estimating new features and accurately matching UI/UX design. - Participate in various team-building and non-development activities such as risk identification and threat modeling. - Build reusable components and keep up with emerging trends and technologies. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines. - Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) principles. - 2 years' of experience in web development and software design - Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), PHP frameworks, and MySQL databases (ref:hirist.tech)
