Job Description

About the role: The Business Analyst is responsible for implementing different IT-related projects in Italy, based on best practices in HQ and local needs. You will work closely with HQ and EU region teams and provide internal and external support to business users and partners. Main responsibilities: Collect and analyze business and users' requirements, identify bottlenecks and advise improvement for the system of business process; Communicate with local business internal/external stakeholders on system Q&A, providing training to key users; Cooperate with the EU IT and HQ IT team to carry out the planning, implementation, upgrading, optimization, and transformation of the IT Systems; Develop and maintain local technical documentation and procedures; perform the technical evaluations and periodic exercises and new release tests; Understand the legal requirements with IT systems and communicate with the Legal Department; Qualification and requirements: Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English and Mandarin, with other European languages as a plus; Excellent logical judgement, communication, and organization skills; Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills; Structured and goal-oriented attitude; Analytical, curious, and proactive mindset; We offer: Performance and experience-based competitive remuneration; Health Insurance (Metasalute) and Meal Vouchers; Department & company-wide teambuilding events; An exciting opportunity to be part of the European transition to Zero Emissions transportation and de-carbonization of the economy; J-18808-Ljbffr
