Mission of the role : As Assortment Planning Manager you will play a critical role in shaping the commercial success of Pandora within the SEMEA cluster (Italy, Turkey, Greece, UAE, South Africa). This position is not just about managing numbers; it’s about driving strategic initiatives that align with our global vision while tailoring them to meet local market demands. Key Responsibilities : Assortment Strategy : Lead the SEMEA assortment strategy across all seasonal stages, from line planning to buying and sales analysis. Translate global strategies into actionable trading strategies tailored for the cluster. Seasonal Planning : Utilize historical performance, in-season sales, and global strategies to create seasonal plans. Collaborate cross-functionally to finalize assortment plans and monitor financial impacts. Reporting & Analysis : Conduct thorough analyses of market performance and develop strategies to improve KPIs. Serve as the main point of contact for reporting final cluster buys and coordinate revisions based on in-season insights. Product Margin Management : Align with global teams to set pricing strategies and ensure delivery of margin targets for collections. Aggregate and analyze online plans to meet financial goals. Professional Experience : Minimum 8 years in Merchandising, Consumer Insights, or Demand Planning. Proven track record as a technical merchandise planner with international retail experience. 5 years in a leadership role managing teams. Experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG industries. Skills : High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to learn technical applications quickly (e.g., MS Access, Hyperion, APTOS). Strong analytical skills with experience managing large data sets. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Fashion Merchandising. Languages: Fluent in English. Personal Characteristics : Commercially driven with strong business acumen. Critical thinker with a data-driven approach. Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities in fast-paced environments. Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and mentoring teams. Additional Benefits : Smart working: 2 days a week.
