BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB This position provides support to C-level top executives in personal/administrative tasks and organizational management, acting as a focal point for all issues regarding planning of the executives' daily engagements. In this role, you will: Act as the focal point of contact on behalf of the supported executives: screen and direct phone calls, filter requests, distribute correspondence, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on various projects and tasks; Manage the daily agenda; Prepare presentation materials and background documents; Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence (email, etc.) and organize deliveries; Manage business travels and travel expenses record; Handle requests and queries appropriately, maintaining professionalism, strict confidentiality, and discretion. For this role, we’re looking for someone with: At least 5-8 years of experience in a similar role preferably in International Companies; University degree; Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Italian; Outstanding time-management skills and the ability to prioritize, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks; Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff, departments, and third parties; Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and to adapt to various competing demands.
