About The Role
About this opportunity
Assisting Project Managers in the delivery of projects in France.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting Project / Programme Managers in delivering high-quality services and ensuring that project management and/or programme management deliverables meet customer requirements
- Assisting in the delivery of high-quality services and deliverables in accordance with the business procedures
- Support the project implementation
- Administering contracts as contract administrator, employer’s agent or project manager
- Producing and presenting to customers
- Support the preparation of bids for services
- Ensuring that all quantitative and financial information has been independently checked before issue, including maintaining evidence of independent checks
- Remaining in the remit of your role

About The Candidate
Who we’re looking for:
Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills
- Some experience of participation in building construction projects in France
- Understanding of the tools and techniques applied to project management.
- Initial knowledge of construction procurement methods, including tendering, contracting strategies, specification and acquisition.
- Understanding of legislation impacting on building contracts.
- Knowledge of health and safety basics applied to the construction industry
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.
- Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.
- Excellent problem solving, negotiating, financial and numeracy skills
- Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage teams.
- Proficiency in French and English
- Based in Paris with possibly some travel.
Qualifications
- Bac+2 or equivalent - Building Engineering, Architecture or similar
- Engineering School or BTS, DUT or Technical Professional License
