Context:Common application Development & B2E is a transversal team within GEMS IS with the purpose of addressing all IT needs of every team or expertise center that does not have a dedicated development team. With a large spectrum of businesses going from HR, Legal, Audit, sustainability… to IS teams like security, Management office etc, we try to help improve and digitalize all the ecosystem of GEMS. Thus we regularly have to incubate new initiatives with proof of concept and prototypes and develop new solutions hand in hand with maintaining existing ones.
Role:As an IS Technical Leader:
- Promoting a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Raising teammates' awareness of best practices (Agility, testing, code review, continuous integration & deployment, peer/mob programming)
- Improvement in the quality of deliverables while maintaining development velocity
- Legacy code refactoring projects
- Spreading of this culture through Kata sessions and Brown Bag Lunches
- Intervene at all stages of any project life cycle when necessary (Archi/dev/support)
Must have:

- Knowledge about IS infrastructure (Cloud, Containerization)
- Deep understanding of .NET framework and related technologies
- Expertise in Angular for front-end development
- Knowledge of relevant databases, server-side technologies, and cloud platforms
