A bit about the job:
- Developing a market leading renewable energy claims proposition for customers and delivering on the Aviva values through excellent claim handling and client relationships.
- Leadership and ownership of the renewable energy claims portfolio.
- Working closely with underwriting, product, actuarial and risk management teams to drive business synergy, sharing claim and industry insights.
- Developing a data strategy and reporting framework to deliver performance insights and help drive profitable business growth.
- Supporting on new and renewal business propositions and undertaking product wording reviews.
- Management, leadership and ongoing development of dedicated and experienced renewables handling team.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- In-depth knowledge and experience of handling complex London market and international renewable energy claims. Strong leader and communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Significant international claims management experience on major losses, whilst ensuring adherence to jurisdictional requirements, reinsurance provisions and financial reporting.
- Understanding current and developing legal requirements and industrial risks across the renewables sector.
- Proven experience of developing strong client relationships and delivering commercial acumen, balancing technical claim handling with customer excellence.
- Ability to identify data opportunities and translate metrics into supportive performance and risk reporting.

- Starting salary competitive (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
