Junior / Mid Banking & Finance Lawyer

Our client, a top-tier law firm, are seeking a Junior/Mid-Level Associate to join their Banking & Finance team.

Open to UK and Overseas Qualified candidates, this role offers exposure to a broad array of finance transactions, including renewable energy financing and sports finance, with substantial responsibility and direct client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Support: Advise financial institutions, development banks, funds, alternative lenders, and borrowers on a diverse range of lending transactions.

Project Types: Engage in various finance sectors such as sports finance (including football transfer receivables), acquisition finance, real estate finance, venture debt, renewable energy projects, and more. Client Collaboration: Maintain client relationships, working closely with banks and other lending entities to provide seamless service across multiple jurisdictions.

Business Development: Actively support business growth by developing strong client connections and identifying new opportunities for collaboration.



Qualifications & Skills:

Relevant Experience: Solid post-qualification experience within the banking/finance sector.

International Interest: A desire to work within a globally connected firm, supporting transactions across diverse jurisdictions.
