Senior Associate - Project Finance

We are working with a leading international law firm based in London or Edinburgh for a Senior Associate to join their Project Finance team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a top-ranked team, acting for clients within the infrastructure and energy sectors, overseeing the life cycle of transactions.

Several functions will include working on the financing and development of projects, and systematic support. This work will be for top clients including international banks, oil and gas companies, renewable energy companies and more.

Essential Criteria:

• 7+ years’ PQE;
• Relevant energy experience in a commercial law firm;
• Client handling experience;
• Strong academic background;
• Project management skills;
• Ability to supervise and develop junior members;
• Strong commercial awareness.
