Your new role
Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Monitor and report on financial performance, including variance analysis and forecasting.Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans.Manage cash flow and working capital requirements.Perform month-end close activities, including prepayments, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.Support the finance team with year-end audits and statutory accounts preparation.Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency

What you'll need to succeed
Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).Proven experience in a management accounting role, within the recruitment industry (preferably temporary staffing solutions).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
