Simon Acres Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading luxury interiors specialist who are seeking a Head of Finance to join their growing team!
Your main duties will include but not be limited to:
* Formulating and executing financial strategies that support the company’s objectives and growth plans.
* Supervising the creation of precise and timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
* Tracking financial performance and offering insights and recommendations for enhancements.
* Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and standards.
* Managing cash flow, investment strategies, and financial risks.
* Directing financial audits and liaising with external auditors.
* Overseeing accounting, tax, and treasury operations.
* Cultivating and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulatory agencies.

* Experience of working with business central.
* Excellent numerical and literacy skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial topics to non-finance professionals.
* A tenacious nature with the ability to problem solve.
* The authority, credibility and integrity to command respect and hold teams or areas to account when required.
* The ability to translate operational requirements into finance team tasks.
* Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role
* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in financial software and tools; advanced Excel skills required.
* Experience with strategic planning, performance management, and budgeting processes.
* A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification preferred.
* Strong knowledge of UK financial regulations, reporting standards (FRS 102, IFRS), and risk management practices.
