Mobile Plumbing Maintenance Technician
Croydon, Twickenham, Wandsworth and Richmond
£36,000 - £42,000 + Overtime + Call Out

Are you looking to make a real impact in the plumbing maintenance industry? A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a to join their growing team in London where you will work on a series of high-profile commercial sites on a mobile basis.
As the Pluming Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:
Mobile engineer covering sites in Croydon, Wandsworth, Richmond and Twickenham.
Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of building services equipment, General maintenance duties as and when required
Patch repairs, lamp changes, AHUs, FCUs, motors, pumps, tap temperature checks, legionella, expansion vessels / PRV's / TMV's, drainage inspections and sanitation repairs or replacement.
To be successful in the role of Plumbing Maintenance Technician you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:
Experience in the commercial environment, in a multiskilled plumbing role.
Plumbing or mechanical qualification / diploma – Minimum Level 3
