.Net Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full stack developer who is smart, proactive, and results-oriented - to build enterprise level solutions for the Life insurance industry's complex business domain. The candidate will have complete, end-to-end ownership of stories on the customer implementations. The ideal candidate is expected to have a solid experience building products across the stack and a firm understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple back-end languages. Responsibilities : - Work across the full stack, building highly scalable distributed solutions that enable positive user experiences and measurable business growth - Develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements - Ensure application performance, uptime and scale, and maintain high standards for code quality and application design - Design and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale - Engage with inspiring designers and front-end engineers, and collaborate with leading back-end engineers to create reliable APIs - Stay updated with industry trends and bring new technology recommendations to improve system design and development processes. - Work with agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continued learning opportunities Experience : - At least 4.5 years of Industry experience in working and building large-scale software applications - Experience in building web applications - Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs - Excellent debugging and optimization skills - Experience in unit/integration testing Technical skills : - Knowledge of Angular and Javascript, REST APIs - Knowledge of .NET, C#, SQL Server, Postgres, etc. - Knowledge of commonly used No-SQL databases - typically used for designing big data systems - Hands-on experience in integration of front-end and back-end components to meet system requirements - Working knowledge of common design patters and application architectures - Ability to compare and contrast emerging tools and technologies, suggest the most suited technologies that suit system design requirements - Certifications (Optional but Beneficial) Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or engineering - Interest in learning new tools, languages, workflows, and philosophies - Professional certifications Soft skills : - Team player - Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate across departments, and work well within a team environment. - Communication - Clear and concise verbal and written communication, the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Adaptability and Flexibility - Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, new technologies, and evolving organizational goals.
